​Friday 6th September marks an important day for the community of St. Thomas' as we celebrate our Feast and Foundation Day. While we actually celebrate St Thomas' feast day on the 13th July, the foundation day is celebrated on the 6th of September.  It was on this day in 1936 that Archbishop Duhig blessed the foundation stone for what is now our main school building. Prior to this building, the church veranda had been used since the school began under the care of the Sisters of the Good Samaritan in 1929.
